Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
- Helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
- Dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training (as permitted by state law).
- Educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
- Maintaining accurate customer and patient records.
- Communicating order status and answering incoming phone calls.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised.
- Supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Note: We are closed every Sunday, giving you guaranteed time off!
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
