Compensation: $25.00 Hourly (6 AM – 10 AM) + Tips

Schedule: Part-time (Typically Friday – Sunday)

Role Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a server who provides friendly, responsive service to create a warm and welcoming environment. Your primary goal is to ensure guests have such a marvelous time they want to return again and again.

Premium Pay: Earn a $25 hourly wage from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Tipped minimum wage applies from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Guest Excellence: Maintain an attentive, helpful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Service Standards: Perform opening/closing side work, process checks, and manage POS systems efficiently.
Beverage Expertise: Prepare beverages and cocktails according to luxury standards and follow all state liquor laws.
Cleanliness: Maintain clean service areas and ensure tables are cleared before presenting final bills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of bartending/serving experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks (a bench test will be required).
Flexible schedule availability.
